I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I definitely plan on returning. The only downside was a slight moldy smell in the room, but the bed was so cozy! The service was impeccable, especially the waitress who was excellent, very friendly, and super helpful. The additional $60 per night for extra amenities was worth it. The location was like a paradise, near the main port and with easy access to everything. Don't miss the water park nearby and consider taking a trip to Catalina island with Scuba Caribe. The dining experience was good overall, but some dishes at the buffet weren't to my taste. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay very convenient.
The hotel has spacious and modern rooms with comfortable beds, but I was disappointed there wasn't a bath, and the floor had a bad smell and was dirty. The staff seemed disrespectful, and the food was not good; it was salty, cold, and lacked variety.
The hotel offers rooms that are just okay, with small balconies and no jacuzzi, booked specifically as adults only. The service was on the blunt side, not as helpful as the morning staff, and with additional charges for basic services. The location is rated high, near the main port and perfect for excursions. The dining options were not to my taste, though the buffet was acceptable.
